Melli Dining Chair

Melli is a sculptural dining chair conceived as an intimate, wraparound form for the table. Twin curved panels rise gently from the seat, creating an enveloping shell that supports the body while keeping the silhouette slim and composed in plan. Inside, the seat and inner back are upholstered in premium bouclé, bringing a soft, tactile layer against the skin. The outer back can be specified in a patterned textile to subtly accentuate the contemporary chair’s geometry, while a slim brass spine between the two halves adds a refined vertical highlight. The upholstered seat rests on a clean walnut base, its softly radiused edges grounding the piece without visual heaviness.
